Clean, close to SeaTac, 30th, staff, timely and efficient shuttle to the airport and back,

A room, 356, had a weird extra set of stairs down to the door that made the experience less than ideal. Also, the Wi-Fi is weak and a little awkward to configure.

Close to the airport and transit. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff was amazing!! Shuttle was available to take us to and from the airport and some good restaurants too!

The property was great but unfortunately had a lot of homeless close by. Luckily the property had security steps in place for this reason Im sure.

The hall was very dusty and I didnt believe housekeepers did vacuum. The room was ok but air conditioning leaking and we exchange our room.

The dryer was broken, so I contacted the front desk staff, but they didn't respond to anything.

Positives:
Really handy for the light rail into Seattle, and also easy walk into the airport/catch the rental car shuttle bus. There are also a surprising number of places to eat in the area.
The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave.
There was a handy guest laundry and a decent size swimming pool. Parking was free. The room was serviced daily which seems rare nowadays. Staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The room was really furnished for one person ie one chair, one armchair. Our room at the rear on floor 1 was in a half basement so it didn't get much natural light, which on the plus side kept it cool.
The carpets in the corridors seemed a bit grimy and always had bits on them. The pool surrounds were very bare and functional and it was a bit cool. There were bits in the pool that no-one fished out in 4 days.
The servicing was a bit haphazard. Coffee was never replenished.
There is a small restaurant but breakfast is not included.
