The tv was about to fall off the wall and the shower drain was clogged. The heater made the room extremely hot, even when we turned it down. Bathtub was not very clean either

Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small but clean. The safety element of having to use the room keycard to access the upper floors was appreciated.
Negatives:
We tried to get a reserved parking spot as advertised on the website, but we were told to just drive up to valet parking. It was not clear where the entrance to the hotel/parking is or how to access the valet parking. We parked in a nearby parking lot and the hotel would not validate our ticket. The receptionist directed us to the check-in machines but did not assist us. The machines are not user friendly, and we were only able to check in because of the help of another person checking in beside us. The room was hot and stuffy.

great location a lot of touristic places close by very convenient. peaceful at night. clean and up to date. nice view from my room.

it seems to be my luck that people forget about me when it's my turn. staff were friendly and all but when it was time for my car to be brought up it was last minute and quite a wait and seemed over looked for being charged a daily valet price not cheap.

Positives:
Proximity to the Seahawks game was our priority, and the distance is manageable for walking to & from the property. The room was comfortable & clean. Like that you need your room key to access the elevator to your floor. The staff is friendly & helpful.
Negatives:
Very sad that the restaurant we had enjoyed last year was now closed. Cafe in the building doesn’t do dinner hours, so eating after the game became troublesome. Also, the cafe was out of many of the things we tried to order for breakfast the morning of our stay.
