The staff were great to keep luggage that the airlines lost after our flight . We picked it up at the hotel after our cruise and would definitely recommend this place .
Negatives:
Wish it was closer to downtown but for us we were getting on a cruise the next day so it didn’t matter.

Very spacious and clean hotel. Staff were friendly at night even though we checked in at 11:30pm. Great free breakfast as well!

It was amazing!
Positives:
We had just checked in and wanted to take a nap. However, we discovered the people in the room directly above us were VERY noise. I went to front desk. Staff person upgraded us to a better room in a quiet section of hotel. The room was wonderful and quiet!
