The front desk staff were nice; breakfast was good.
Negatives:
It was not convenient (10 blocks - most of them up a steep hill); it’s finishes were worn and old; no daily cleaning or at least fresh towels; pool was closed and had been for several months; no restaurant or bar; no shuttle to airport.

The room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The parking is horrific. The hotel garage is extremely compact and narrow. It’s almost impossible not to scrape your car on the turn ramps. It is also first come first serve and shared with a rental car agency. We could not navigate the garage so we were instructed by the hotel receptionist to park our car in a 24 hour public parking garage. The closest one was a quarter mile away. We had to walk from the garage to the hotel rolling our luggage through the dirty sidewalks of downtown seattle.

Good choice for breakfast simple hot breakfast, waffle maker, cereals, yoghurts, muffins bread and bagels tea coffee juice.. Helpful staff. Room clean, comfortable and roomy. Location perfect for Washington State Conference Center, Good value.
Negatives:
Pool closed, damp smell in the corridors, was on the pool level so may be related. Wasn't like that on previous stay.
