Rooms were tiny
Not very clean
Weird smells
Negatives:
This hotel does not give receipts when checking out, and there are extra charges, which are not announced in advance. When checking out, the service staff sat on the chair and did not stand up. There is no respect for customers.

Positives:
Stayed in a Sub Pop room. Really liked the records & turntable in the room. Decor was pretty cool too!
Negatives:
No bar. Wasn't really a big deal though.
Positives:
Bed and pillows. Nightly happy hour.
Negatives:
The flat sheet on the bottom instead of a fitted sheet kept coming untucked.
Positives:
Quirky, and off kilter. Hip lobby area, and good coffee.
Negatives:
Very small room, view of a rooftop, small elevator.
Positives:
We were two young girls staying at the Hotel Max and we felt super safe. Most of the time there was someone standing in front of the door and you could only go up the elevator with your key card. Staff was friendly and the room had everything we needed.
Negatives:
There was no parking and breakfast
Positives:
The decore, location, bed and pillows. Great bed linens. The full size bottles of toiletries was great.
Positives:
The location of the hotel is great. It was easy to walk to just about every attraction in Seattle from here.
Negatives:
The rooms are really small and the bathrooms and showers are even smaller. It felt like I was staying in an RV.
Positives:
The location in proximity to convention center was perfect, and cleanliness level was extremely high. The room had a window with a view, which was great.
Negatives:
The hotel charged for early check-in, even though the room was ready. Size of room was smaller than expected.
Positives:
Everything was great! I just wished there was a microwave in the room.
Positives:
Great location. Functional desk. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Heating and cooling provided by an in-window air conditioner, which was fairly loud. Bedside lamp on only one side of bed.
