Clean room and good location. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Negatives:
Not really a good value for the price. Lobby was small and amenities limited compared to other nearby hotels. One of the two elevators didn't work, so spent up to 5 minutes waiting to take the elevator. I booked the property when it had a "35% discount" that was only slightly cheaper than the list price of other nearby hotels, so I guess they list high prices to incentivize people to stay with "discounts."

The location was really the only thing from our stay.
Negatives:
Did not like the one very small elevator that was working. The 2nd elevator was not working so it made it very hard to go or leave your rooms, wasted a lot of time waiting for a open elevator. Did not like the small step bathroom. No vanity space to put your items. Very thin walls, could hear everything.
