Positives: The cheeriness and genuine care of the staff is wonderful. They always make a point to greet upon entry and say farewell when one is exiting. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout the entire property.

Negatives: The only downfall is the beds, they are a ridge bit soft. You will wake up slightly sore and your body not completely rested.

Positives: This is a great hotel for a visit to Seattle. It is in downtown but it is easy to Uber around to other neighborhoods from this location. You can walk to the Public Market. Many excellent restaurants you can walk to as well as a great downtown organic grocery store close by.

Negatives: My room was not ready as expected but a wonderful gal came out from the back and made adjustments so that all was well within 5 mins. So grateful for her immediate efforts to fix the problem as I was going to a wedding that evening so timeing was essential.
