Positives: We count on Kimpton for truly good pet friendly accommodation. Most hotels give substandard rooms to people travelling with a dog. Kimpton gives great rooms. No compromise.

Positives: The location is really great. The hotel was clean.

Negatives: I booked through booking.com and everything got messed up. When I arrived my prepaid reservation was not in the system. I produced my confirmation number and they gave me a room but they did NOT have a city view room like I booked. Lastly when I left they made me pay for the room even though I had already prepaid for the room. This meant that i was charged almost $700 in total for a one night stay in a standard king bed room. Now I am stuck trying to work with Booking.com and the hotel to get my money back.

Positives: Nice lobby and room was big!

Negatives: No coffee machine in room ! Had to run downstairs to lobby! No microwave! Couldn’t heat food! The fee to stay at your hotel was overpriced in my view! Some of the front desk staff were not friendly! A lot of stray people hanging outside the hotel!
