Positives:
Location was nice. Hotel was clean.
Negatives:
Staff was rude and was engaging. Nobody smiled ever. Toilet got backed up the first nite. There was no mention of the $28 incidental fee which was ridiculous.

Awesome!
Positives:
We always stay at Kimpton hotels and appreciate the little touches. The coffee in the am was delicious. The valet workers were friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The front desk staff lacked personality - we interacted with several. There were no personal touches or even eye contact. The room itself lacked storage space or shelves in the bathroom. The money paid and no room cleaning or fresh towels without chasing for them is absurd. A bit antiquated thinking having the entire hotel wine-themed with a wine happy hour - Kimpton has always prided itself on being leading edge, not in this instance. Pay attention to the next generation who is substance-free. Consider mocktails or something that isn't completely toxic to the brain.

Meh.
Positives:
Location was great, right where we needed to be. The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a wine tasting in the afternoon that some people in our family liked and there was coffee and hot water in the lobby in the morning.
Negatives:
Room didn't have a microwave. It was hard to control the room's temperature since the thermostat kept changing the set temperature. There was music in the elevator and it was quite loud. Every time the elevator stopped in our floor we could hear the music from inside the room. Eventually that was toned down. Breakfast had very few options available during the week. On weekends there was brunch which had more options but only started at 9am which was way too late.

Positives:
Room was a great size. Bed comfy.
Negatives:
I'd like a coffee pot in the room and a bigger counter space in the bathroom. Also, it seemed like only one elevator was working.

Great experience. Staff was exceptional.
Positives:
Location was great. The valet attendant was very helpful.
Negatives:
The valet attendant took my info to have my car brought down at 8:30. No one else got the memo.

Positives:
Enough beds for family, pet friendly
Negatives:
Some old or aged feeling. Mandatory valet parking due to urban location. If forgot something inside the car, will be not good.

Fair value
Positives:
Beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean and the nicest valet service man in the world. Really, this nice man oversaw our comings and going’s and made sure we were set for the day. They should bring him to the White House to manage the visitors ! The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The Christmas decor was lovely and the musician, Chris Nelson who played electric guitar during happy hour was brilliant. We will definitely come back !
Negatives:
No problems at all

Wonderful
Negatives:
It was hot and the air didnt work making it difficult to sleep.
Positives:
To start, the location was perfect for us. We parked with the valet and walk every where we needed to go for the rest of the trip including Lumen field, pike place market and the Seattle center. The staff was top notch, greeting us, answering all our questions and accomodating some special requests without issue. They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable at every interaction.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
Coffee service in the room would have been nice
