Nothing, All good. Not intended to be a criticism but would it be possible for the hotel to arrange for a taxi to collect patrons from local places of arrival. I ask this as we arrived at Westlake Station at about 20.30, I, mistakenly, thought it would be easy to find a taxi, or at least a phone number. I could not find either. I am not suggesting that your hotel pay for the taxi just that it might be possible for your customers to phone you and you and you arrange a taxi, I appreciate this is not your responsibility.

Positives:
The guy at the front desk was wonderful!! Very nice, great attitude. The shower heads were great and the water pressure was some of the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. And good location for where we were going.
Negatives:
The room stunk! All I smelt was someone else's dogs and unfortunately I am allergic to some dogs and cats. I think it is great that people can travel with their pets however I feel like it should be treated as smoking and non smoking are. Keep rooms Only for people without pets, especially people with health issues. I have COPD and scarring in my lungs from asthma and allergies to things like mold, cigarettes, perfume, room deodorizers, and animals
