Positives:
Large room. Very large bathroom with bath & and walk-in shower. Location very good - italian restaurant within 5 mins next to hotel and steps leading down from main entrance had very large supermarket with hot cooked food as an option to dining out. Near to a park and a short walk to the Space Needle.
Negatives:
Cold - heating room proved difficult . Table Power Point for phone/laptop/ coffee machine didn't work, so I had to use sockets under the table.

Positives:
Overall a very good, comfortable hotel with large rooms and good facilities. The bathroom is just fabulous, with the large bath and double doors communicating with the room.
The location is quite convenient as well, near a streetcar stop and only a short walk from the very centre (Westlake).
Negatives:
It baffles me how even in this type of classy hotel, the curtains never really totally close so that the room can be completely darkened - there's always a little ray of light peeping somewhere...

Positives:
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was lovely. We had breakfast at the South Lake restaurant both days which was also very good.
The area (Westlake / Belltown) has been developed into a very smart neighbourhood where there are plenty of dining options within a short walk.
Negatives:
despite being on the top floor, the room was quite noisy and traffic noise from the street below was quite audible. it wasn’t a major problem but could be fixed with triple glazing making the stay utterly perfect.
