Positives: The rooms where very clean and the beds where very comfortable

Negatives: The customer services at the front desk was very disappointing. The two person that I interacted at the front desk look annoyed just because I asked for coffee from the pot that was empty in the lobby and the person at the front disk didn't bother to give me an answer. he just told me ok. I was expecting for him to say: ok let me make more coffee for you sir. It was no body in the lobby, so he was not busy.

Positives: Central location within downtown city

Negatives: A bit noisy (by a fire station), and they assess additional taxes and fees once you check in, increasing the price that I wasn't fully aware of when I booked. Had I known this I probably would have gone elsewhere. I don't think the "Queen" room was actually a queen, it was more of a double / or full size bed, which made things a bit tight for my partner and I.

Positives: The room was amazing and had an excellent view. Everything was very clean and crisp. I can’t say how much we loved the linens and bedding. They are one of the only reasons I stay here when I travel. We ordered chocolate and wine, which was delicious! We will always stay at a pineapple if they are near.

Negatives: We were extremely upset about the bistro/bar still being closed down. They say it was because of Covid, but it’s been years. We had to pay for Uber to take us out to eat and have drinks when we just wanted to stay and enjoy the hotel.
