very walkable. Clean. Good customer service. very close to light rail and public transport. The cafe, restaurant and bar area are comfortable, clean and well staffed. The bed in our room was VERY comfortable.
Negatives:
The original room we received had a broken furnace - and it was sweltering hot. However, they jumped right on it, tried to assess it and then moved us to another room no problem. The rooms don't have coffee pots but there is a cafe in the lounge and a number of good shops close by.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, pool good for a hang out with kids. Plus we got some credits for their bar.

Were there supposed to be robes in the room? It was only a short stay so didn’t bother asking but would have been helpful when going to the pool.

Beds were wonderful and the location was quite central.
Negatives:
For the price, it felt like they missed a lot of basics. There were hidden fees (e.g., $25 per day that was automatically taken for food which you could only use in person at the hotel restaurant, charged for wifi). The hotel also had lots of quirks in cleanliness / maintenance (e.g., 2/3 of the elevators in our tower were malfunctioning, there were old chicken bones on the ledge outside our window, there was a sticky substance burnt onto the iron in our room that nearly ruined my shirt 30 min before a wedding).
