Positives: I like staying here as the location is great and the snacks and breakfast is very convenient.

Negatives: I was put in a handicapped room - which I didn’t mind except the shower was only a hand held and it only came to the middle of my back. Also, the heat lamp bulb was burned out over the shower so it was dark. I called the front desk to ask for the bulb to be replaced but no one ever showed up.

Positives: The hotel staff were fantastic! We, especially my children, LOVED that they had complimentary snacks and drinks when we walked in. Coffee was available 24 hours! Everything looked nice and clean. And the breakfast in the morning was wonderful! So many options, and my kids loved the homemade waffles. We would go back to this hotel just for the guest amenities alone.

Negatives: When swimming in the pool, it was full of hair. Not the hotels fault, obviously. But it was something that made us get out of the pool sooner because we couldnt handle it.
