Because you guys did pay them for the booking, they refused to let us checking for a long period of time. Almost midnight, tired from trip. There is no solution what so ever. Why? Where is the customer service? We asked them and you to cancel the reservation so we can book ourselves because there is no solution at the time. You guys refused to call them but sent them email( even refused to talk to them when I handed the phone to them while I am on the call with you guys, the hotel wanted you guys to call because their manager not in and they don’t have the way to get to their email! It is a no way out for me while I already paid for the hotel, the one who suffered during this stupidity. This is unacceptable in my opinion from both of you guys. Why customers have to suffer?

Heater was LOUD, blankets were thin, one bed was lumpy, shower took several minutes before hot water came in, door to room was dented in several places (why??), so many amenities bolted down, very few plugs in the room, popcorn ceiling, sketchy location. Outdoor pool and hot tub were so sad looking.

Unfortunately we were in town for a family member passing at the Tacoma hospital and it was late so we found this facility right down the freeway from us. There was a "partner discount" something that popped up on booking and made it a better price but we needed two rooms and gave us an error for second booking. When called to check if our booking went through, the front desk woman was very nice and helpful and made sure everything on both ends worked out (thank you very much). NICE & SECURED parking lot and hotel right off the freeway. Had security guard outside and needed room key to open front doors. Rooms very clean and comfy beds, working ac/heater, good TV channels, nice bathroom. the hotel was also across the freeway from their big casino they have there

I had no issues with the sound of Cars from freeway - we got in super late so not much driving on the freeway was happening but in the morning I could see how it could bother light sleepers. Breakfast was OK. I'm a happy gal if I get my waffle and they had Waffles. Waffles, biscuits and Gravy, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The breakfast servers ladies were nice. It was late when we arrived and still needed to find dinner, had to drive 10, 15 mins with no traffic to get to a McDonald's which wasn't a big deal
