Motel 6-Tacoma WA - South

Negatives: Bed was way tooo soft. I woke up everyday having to stretch out my back. The area had way to many homeless walking around the property.

Negatives: The bathroom tub was not clean . I understand there was a shortage of ncleaners, I had a checkin time at 3pm, got into my room at 20 to 6pm.

Negatives: It was to bad with all the people with guns and drugs

Negatives: That they have no coffee pots in the room and if you wanted coffee you had to walk to the office to get it no cups in the room for drinking and no Kleenex in the room as well

Negatives: I believe I payed for a room that was higher than the basic rooms, the room you gave me was literally facing all the smokers who are outside all night smoking on the balcony and walking around smoking so it defeats the purpose of me asking for a non smoking room, I got admitted to the Emergency room on Friday night from all the second hand smoke I had to endure at the hotel, they should smoke their cigarettes in their rooms. Or designate a certain area for smoking outside of their rooms. I did not like that the rooms are not up to par prior to anyone checking in, the room they gave us had a tv that had no signal and not working I called for someone to come and see what was wrong or show us how to turn it on, I was told they will call maintenance and no one followed up for 2 days, I had to walk to the office on the 3rd day to ask about the Tv to only to find out that TV had been broken all along, so Courtney gives us another room that can available only to find out the refrigerator in that room was not working so I had to request for you to switch refrigerator with the previous room we were in being that the TV was broken in that room. So the moral of this story is that I really was not able to enjoy my stay at your until the 4th night because of all these issues which could have been avoided if it is being managed properly by this who are managing this hotel. MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALWAYS REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE TO MAINTAIN THE ROOMS ON A DAILY BASIS!! MAINTENANCE SHOULD MAKE SURE ALL OF THE AMENITIES and APPLIANCES ARENIN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS ON DAILY BASIS! MANAGEMENT SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE ROOMS ARE FULLY AND COMPLETELY SANITIZED, with clean bed sheets, pillows & adequate towels, and toiletries before putting anyone in that room IF HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Negatives: People making to much noise

Negatives: My main light didn’t work. I asked staff to help but they forgot to come up and help. I had to ask again, and it took forever for her to come back to fix it so I ended up calling the front desk to cancel it since we wanted to go to bed. Front desk was rude in response. The area was very unsafe. Too many shady individuals in a shady area.

Negatives: Well I'm doing these opposite but I did like the updates they were doing and the manager listen to my concerns and was very friendly

Negatives: someone accidentally canceled our reservation and didnt let us know, they then booked another person in our room and a man we had never met opened our door using a key in the middle of the night. as a group of young vulnerable people this was very unsettling and while we were lucky that this man had no bad intent it was a serious safety issue and i was disappointed with the handling of the incident

Negatives: Pool was already closed for the season.
