Very friendly staff, clean rooms and grounds.

The comfort of the sofa bed but that’s how sofa beds go I guess. Also could have used an additional blanket, I’m sure I could have asked for one but it was 2:00 am after the Taylor Swift concert and I exhausted!!

There was supposed to be a shuttle to the airport. I would have never stayed there if there was no shuttle. The staff at the front desk was very rude about it we had to take an uber to the airport and pay extra money I would appreciate compensation for that .

The location is about 4 miles from SeaTac Airport, so not bad. We had a two room family suite. We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up, but had to do it ourselves on arrival. One bedroom allows you to close the doors, the other is in an open loft upstairs. Not as private as we would prefer, but not a huge problem. Breakfast was busy, and perfectly fine if a bit bland.
Negatives:
We had to pay for parking, which given that's about the only way to get there feels like an unnecessary extra. We would have preferred that to be rolled into the room rate.
