My room was in a good location.

When they cleaned my room on the second day they took my towels that were hanging up and did not replace them. They could have just left them. the front desk was kind enough to give me a towel so that I could shower the next day.

There was an issue with ants in the room that got into our food, had to have everything placed in the garbage to keep away from everything else on the counters. The ants were on multiple surfaces including the bathroom and on the carpet.

Breakfast was decent but ran out of items that took a long time to restock. Room was clean and nice.

Both days of our stay we had to get new keys programmed because they would not work. Second night of our stay they had phone problems that resulted with the phone ringing in our room starting at 1:00 in the morning this happened 3 different times throughout the night.

awsome/money for your buck
Positives:
We had an 8-day reservation at the Days Inn that is also at Vancouver Mall. We cancelled that reservation which cost us $700 (non-refundable) and stayed the remaining time at Best Western. You made our trip great. Difference between the hotels was huge. We tried to get a refund but no help from the hotel, the booking company, or Wyndam. We will never stay at one of their properties again.
