Negatives: When we stay at hotels we only need three basic things, anything else is just bonus. These three things are cleanliness, trustworthy staff, and good sleep. We aren't bothered if a property has outdated decor and old TVs, as long as it's CLEAN. We don't care if the staff's not friendly, as long as they're safe and honest. When we travel, the hotel is just a necessity, not a destination. So again, we only need these three requirements, and anything else is just added benefits to the trip. WE DID NOT GET GOOD SLEEP AT ALL! The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We got up in pain all night. And worst of all, there were dogs everywhere! I felt like I was trying to sleep at the pound. They barked DAY and NIGHT from so many different rooms. Barking dogs above us, next to us, across the hall from us, we we're so tired everyday! It was ridiculous!

Negatives: Other than the trains...perfect

Negatives: It was dated. The toilet ran all the time. And the heater was loud but it was good for us cause it made it so we didnt hear hallway noise. I also didnt say anything to anyone about the problem.

Negatives: We did hear a bit of screaming from a room next door when we arrived, which was unnerving. The property is a bit older and that does show throughout. This didn’t impede our stay, though.

Negatives: The service is poor. The heat did not work well in my room, even on high it never got above 65*. I requested an extra blanket and it was covered in holes and dirty. I request housekeeping, which never happened. Very disappointing

Negatives: I really think it has gone downhill since the last time I was there

Negatives: Pigeons roosting right above sliding doors on balcony. Poop all over n will poop on you when you walk out. Not good for dog my dog that wanted to taste it
