Positives: The staff were as helpful as they could be

Negatives: We tried 2 rooms and niether one had heat. They asked if we wanted another room but by that time it was almost midnight and we didn't want to load all of our stuff to another room again. Just wanted to sleep so they gave us extra blankets for warmth. I was told the manager would be in on Monday ad reimburse me for the room but they never did.

Positives: The size of the room was spacious, clean bathroom and beds. Great view outside the balcony. Breakfast buffet had everything that we wanted. Great ample parking.

Negatives: We love the room we were at the 2nd floor, at night it was hard to sleep because the occupants on the third floor were too busy walking back and forth and we heard the loud noise, even in the morning we woke up by the same noise. Next time, we will request 3rd floor I guess.
