Filthy buckled carpets Which were taped where they were torn ,Not only Only in our room but in the hallways and the stairways which could be a major tripping hazard. Water pressure for the shower was poor because of the shower diverter was in need of repair. The freezer in the refrigerator was just hanging needed to be attached but I think it was broken. The room needs more electrical outlets.
Then out of the blue a maintenance person showed up tried to get in the room Fortunately I had it locked.
I answered the door and he said here's your chair which we did not order and I was suspicious, we already had a chair we were extremely tired and inconvenienced.
We found that the staff was not friendly at all.
They need to slow down when discussing where the room is and all the amenities in the hotel, we found that we were very rushed.
We did not take pictures because we were not impressed with the facility or the room at all.

Room was big so was the king size bed. The staff was awesome super friendly! The breakfast, we went down at 8 30, I get it is buffet style but the eggs(salt & pepper) were cold and had way too much pepper on them for me. It said bacon and sausage but bacon never showed up. They had a good assortment - cereal, bagels, yogurt, milk(including chocolate), make your own waffles. Juice, coffee, jam, and cream cheese.

It is a little outdated and the bar on the sliding glass window - guessing for security - bonked me on the head every time i opened the window. yeah i didnt learn my lesson hahaha
