I liked that the room was enclosed in a gated area and could be used to access the pool area privately.i liked the mini fridge and microwave included and how hot the water got.

My room was not cleaned prior people's things had been left in the room.
House keeping changed my bedding day 2 and I was missing red shorts after that.
My room door somehow was opened around 2am granted I forgot to dead bolt it but that's uneasy. I could hear absolutely everything in the 3 rooms next to us. The breakfast was NOT COMPLIMTRY I PAID ENOUGH FOR HOTEL THE BREAKFAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. IT WAS COLD AND OVER 2 HRS OLD BY THE TIME WE GOT DOWN THERE..

The fact that someone hacked my account to book your hotel. I hope Booking.com will contact me to find a solution. I need to get contacted by booking.com because i didn't book anything since 2015. I have serious health problems since then and got disabled. I'm not happy to find now that someone is using my account.
If only you checked the validity of the credit card they used to book your hotel, you would have found out that it's out of date since years!!

The staff was expedient and friendly during check-in. The location of the hotel was very close to our weekend event.
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was hair in the tub upon arriving, which made it feel like cleaning was lacking. Breakfast is $10/person rather than included with the stay. I'd prefer the hotel to include the breakfast cost in the room price.

The website said there was a restaurant on site....fake news. I was very disappointed that the bar only had drinks, no food. Booking.com said there was a restaurant on site! Google says Johnny's has food. Not true. Drinks only. I would not have booked this site had I known there was no food! They did have a breakfast option in a different location... 10 dollars per person. Not a good value. Very disappointed that there website site is lying.
