Positives:
Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool was an absolute must, we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The front desk service was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
I really wish the ice machine on the 4th floor was working. I wish also that breakfast didn’t cost extra. I wish it wasn’t so hot in the pool area, it made leaving this area extremely cold to go back to the room.

We did get there a little before checkout time and our room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the lobby. But the hotel was full for a softball tournament so I'm sure that's why they were having trouble getting the rooms cleaned as quickly as they normally would.
