Well, I was a little disappointed in their facility. First of all, the color scheme is horrifying. The only way I can put it is PUMPKIN orange!! The front desk staff, not to judge, but just appeared sketchy. Not dressed appropriately for front desk staff. It almost put you in the mind that ALL the staff that was working there were homeless and just hired to work. Now, Beckley is my old home town and I know they have had a rough patch, but your staff needs to look and dress appropriately for a place of business. If you were counting on a continental breakfast, don't waste your time!

It was fine for an overnight stay on my way down to Florida and I appreciated the quieter room and I liked the continental breakfast. That’s always important when you’re on the road.

Very very comfortable beds. The staff including Shelia and the gentleman when we checkout out on Sunday morning are so very nice. We did find a cookie under the desk though. Also the cigarette / smoke smells were overwhelming and overpowering in the hallway. We were in Room 113. The client in the room across from us is a heavy smoker and the strong smell permeated the entire hallway which gave us me a migraine. My hubby wasn't happy about the strong smoke odors either. I've got severe asthma so it really affected me a great deal. The breakfast selection was nice. I was thrilled to enjoy hot tea and yogurt. Thank you.

The staff working were very lovely. Extremely friendly and kind.

This property needs work. It was filthy. Broken tiles in the bathroom, which I cut my foot on. Bathroom vents were covered in dust. Spiderwebs in the hallways and in the room. Shower was clearly not cleaned. The beds were so uncomfortable.
