The price was a little high for it. It was a little dated. But biggest complaint was for that high of price u also had to pay $15 a day for parking. They had very very few limited free parking and my mom was with me and was handicap and there was no free parking for her and she had to walk far

Location was of good proximity off of the highway as I was traveling north on I77. I liked the welcome reception and the check in was easy and friendly. The room was nice size and layout was good. Probably would have got the king size bed next visit.
Negatives:
Walk from car from parking to check in was a bit long. Maybe only have parking in the deck behind the hotel and. In the front of building for ease of check in. Our room location was 722 and seemed to reek of the breakfast exhaust the morning we were there. Provide more bottled water in the room.

Positives:
We were towing a boat and Jerry and his staff went above and beyond to assist us with parking on a very busy night for the hotel. The were wonderful to us and we knew our car and boat were safe all night. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had for a free breakfast!
Negatives:
There was a huge party Saturday night in the banquet hall. The next morning at breakfast I had to use the bathroom next to the banquet hall and the facilities were not cleaned over night.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and happy hour with gratis drinks and snacks was very nice.
Negatives:
The toilet in our suite apparently had a leaky flapper, and it cycled off and on all night. The charge at the hotel with taxes exceeded the "all expenses total" quoted on booking.com by about $11, which was rather aggravating. When I asked about the difference, I was told "taxes are through the roof" and was led to believe that booking.com made the error.

Positives:
The property was clean! U think 500 for 2 night was very high we was there for the Beta Convention. My bed was extremely hard. I like to soak in a tub and my room only hard a shower so I didn't like that . I think it was ridicules you have to pay to park especially staying at the hotel. I only stayed there because my child had to with School. The Breakfast was great. The elevators was so slow or broken. The stairs only go to the outside was stangers to me. And I had my room set in 65 and it was still hot in my room so I believe some repairs are in order to charge the rates you charge
