Positives: We arrived to find no reservations. Savanna took care of us. Gave us an additionall discount for the inconvenience and put us into a perfect room for us. This hotel will be used by us in our travels again.

Negatives: When we arrived they had no booking for us. Gave them my confirmation info from booking. Com. Someone on your end didn't complete their job.
