Amazing!!!!

It was easy to find

The hotel restaurants food wasn’t great. The elevator needed vacuumed really bad. Noticed it on the way to the room and it was the same the next morning when we were leaving. We kept trying to turn the air on and it would switch itself back to heat. Booking.com said our charge would be around 158.00 they ran our card for over 180.00!

There was nothing that I asked for that they didn't hear me more than enough of. The on-site security was very impressive. And their complimentary breakfast was unbeatable

Felt like I was out...
Positives:
Charleston was the halfway point for our family's first road trip (Indiana to North Carolina). On our way there, we stayed at a hotel that did not have a pool, but trying to wear out our 4 & 2.5 year old after 7 hours in the car in just our room was challenging. We decided to stay at this location on our return trip because of the pool. Thankfully the pools hours were incredibly accommodating -- we didn't arrive until 9:30pm and the pool was open until 11pm. Our kids, despite being exhausted, really enjoyed the pool so much so that we returned the next morning at 7am.
Negatives:
When we arrived at 9:30pm, it was VERY busy in the lobby so we ended up having to wait a while until we were able to be checked in which was very surprising, but the employee was incredibly kind!

The breakfast was great, but way too expensive I thought it was complimentary, we paid almost $180 for one night, and then when we got our breakfast in the AM we had to pay almost another $30, so not cool.

There was no hot water in the room. We were given room 129, just try to find it. It doesn’t exist. Front desk was apologetic when I went back,stood in line again to find that we were really in room 400. Close, right? Wanted hot shower before bed. Water was only about 95 degrees. Tried again in morning for shower, wasn’t a fluke 95 was top temperature. My FL swimming pool is warmer and it’s not heated

I didn’t like that next morning I asked for a refund of part of our money and was met with we’ll try and get you some points. I also clicked on room with breakfast included and it wasn’t. After no discounts why would I spend money on food too. Market had no water for purchase and room water tasted like a chlorine tablet.
