Facility over-sold rooms & tried to down grade what we reserved 2 months prior. Breakfast was a joke- paid extra for it- everything was empty, service was slow & missing most of the time, what food was there- was cold.

At $350 a night, the buffet breakfast should NOT be an extra $13 a plate. And if so, they need to specify that. We had no idea until the girl brought a bill to our table. For $30 I could have gone to a restaurant and had an ordered breakfast, not a yogurt, muffin, or bowl of cereal.

Everything. Location was perfect as we were at the arena for a wrestling tournament. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Negatives:
I would like all hotels to look at the number of registered guests and provide an appropriate number of towels and washcloths. 3 washcloths for 4 people is not appropriate. It would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price. It is available for purchase but we like having it included.
