People fighting in the lobby all night long, nobody did anything to stop it. Was afraid for my safety as they were staying in the room next door and kept slamming the door. Called the police, it was terrible. Lost 3 days of productivity due to lack of sleep

Staff did nothing to stop disturbance in the lobby, no answers to the hotel front desk. Partial refund, should have paid me to stay there!
