I pre-paid for my room at the Holiday Inn & Express to celebrate my friend's birthday and investigate the nearby West Virginia Penitentiary. When I checked in, the new front desk employee charged my personal card and erased my pre-paid virtual card. Uggh.
Negatives:
I had pre-paid for this trip months ago and recently lost everything in a house fire. So, when the new front desk employee charged my credit card instead of using the pre-paid virtual card, it destroyed my weekend with my friends. Very upset about this.
