We were greeted with a friendly fellow who set us up with easy access to our clean room. The location was close to the event we were attending. The location has a well lit parking area and price was pretty good.
Negatives:
The mattress was terrible! It was a king as requested but it was so bad it was lumpy and you had to stay to the middle to not fall out! And the only chair in the room was not comfortable and in poor shape. These are very important things to get right when dealing with tired travelers!

Rooms smelled BAD with Mold! No wash clothes in my room, I requested some and they was to be delivered to my room but never got any. No fridge, nor coffee maker. We have ALWAYS had one in our rooms before, I have NEVER had to up grade for a fridge before
