Problem with pet fee, I received an email that therbwould be no fee, at checkin clerk attempted to collect fee. I showed her email and she grudgingly waived the fee, only to have it charged at checkout. Then credited

Power was out because of a storm, which was understandable, but AC was not working at all on second day of our stay. They said the place was on generator, so shouldve been able to run AC. Was there for a wedding so with the heat, wasnt able to get wifes makeup done right

Stay was ok, except for power problem.. But when checking out attendant did give us a little bit off

No power when I showed up. Was told my reservation was cancelled because of no electricity as a result of powerful storm. Was told they tried to contact me to tell me they cancelled my reservation. We asked for a receipt to that effect but was told the computers were down. I was given a wrong number to contact Booking.com.
