Staff didn’t greet me at all nor check my ID when I checked in to confirm I was who I said I was. There was no notice about the pool being closed, however it was the entire stay and nobody was ever at the front desk for me to ask. The TV didn’t work in our room so we couldn’t watch anything - it was just an accoutrement. Breakfast was poor quality and there wasn’t much of a selection, plus the orange juice and all of the breads/pastries were completely out. Additionally, there was nobody to speak to when we went to check out and we waited for a solid 20 minutes - nobody ever came to the front desk.

I was told by the guy when I reserved the room that their was a hottub/jacuzzi in the room by the bed, when I got there that wasnt the case. It had a small whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The room beside me had a dog that wined and barked a lot.
