The pool was dirty, freezing, and unusable. we only received 3 towels for 4 of us and the front desk made a big deal of needing more towels. The housekeeping staff was nice when I asked them for another towel. Breakfast was not much in the way of variety.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the room could have been a little tidier. There was a random pillow case next to the bed and the blankets on the bed could have been tighter...
