Negatives: There was mold in the bathroom under the shampoo bottles on the shelf and under it.

Negatives: The shower pressure was powerful, and as a result, when my son showered, too much water pooled up on the bathroom floor. We had to use the small (stained) bath mat and another large towel to soak up the water. When I explained this and requested room service the next morning, I was told it was too late for that day, but she would note it for the next day. No one ever came. Even on the third day (when they are scheduled for room service), no one came. It would've been much appreciated if the trash was emptied, the bathroom taken care of (watch out for mildew!), the floors vacuumed, and the beds made. We had to pick up fresh towels to replace the soaked ones when we returned to the hotel after our outing. Other down sides: the "fresh" fruit at the breakfast bar was old and inedible, and the other hot food choices didn't look appetizing. Also, the smell of the chlorine from the indoor pool permeated the entire first level as well as the elevator (which itself was dirty). The folks at the front desk didn't greet us when we came and went, and often there was no one at the desk.
