The staff is amazing! My room was clean, the breakfast buffet is above anywhere else I have stayed.
Negatives:
Check in was 4 but my room wasn't ready til 4:30, loud unsupervised kids and bar was under stocked. We have stayed here before and it wasn't out of control like this stay.

Nothing is perfect but found pretzel bit on the floor when I pulled the sheets back to sleep. I didn?t eat pretzels. Vent in bathroom had collected dust. I?m allergic to dust/mites.

Assistant front desk manager was rude and would not acknowledge me as a Hilton Honors guest. Disappointing. I mentioned that I didn't realize it was not a direct website booking and she commented she was not able to acknowledge me as Hilton Honors.
