Upon arrival which was check-in time of 3PM per hotel. when arrived check we were told room is good to go, when entering room was not cleaned. bathroom dirty, bed no sheets and blankets. Saw housekeeping in hallway asked them if they cleaned the room yet. Response was room was cleaned. complained to front desk that room was not cleaned. Front desk was very rude stated I am "The only One who has every complained". I was in disbelief she was not listing to what I was explaining she told me I can leave the hotel if I am not Happy. I told her I just drove six hours Iam simply just asking to have a clean room. she sent house keeping up which was her husband and a child about 12 years old to clean the room. which I am totally confused at this point. They cleaned the room and left. Next, I tried to take a shower, and the waterspout was broken and no hot water. there where so many problems I just stayed went to bed and left the next morning. I booked this hotel for 2 days, I only stayed less than one. VERY, VERY angry customer. I will never stay in another Sonesta In this lifetime. That place was the worst place I have ever encountered period.

Good price point. Location close to Waukesha. Not in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable room and bed. Room furnishings good. Extra table and sofa ottoman for old people to put their shoes on :). Drip Coffee machine in room. Fridge and microwave too.
Negatives:
I constantly got lost inside the building after parking my car. All the hallways look the same with many entrances using key card. Maybe paint the hallways different colours next time LOL. Breakfast included was a nice touch, but it would be nice to have some protein offered, like a boiled egg, instead of just carbs. Some parts of hotel seem a bit “tired”.
