Positives: I am very disappointed in the manner that my reservation was not fulfilled correctly. One of the rooms I booked was swapped out without notification and then I was subsequently charged a higher rate for a lower rated room.

Negatives: The staff could have communicated to me regarding the room swap and offer some form of apology but this did not happen.
