The room had 3 beds. The beds were firm but comfortable.

When we arrived at 9:30 pm, no one was at the fridge desk. There was a note with a phone number, which only went to voice mail. I finally had to search online for a phone number to call management to get someone to the front desk. He informed me that our room had not been cleaned, despite having booked it several days prior. He offered to clean it while we wait, which only amounted to a fresh charge of bedding. The toilet was still dirty. The place was loud, partly from other guests, and partly from traffic. The room did not have sound blocking curtains. I managed to sleep for 3 hours; my wife was unable to sleep at all. For what we received, the $177 we paid seems entirely unreasonable.

No breakfast. Just some granola bars and a coffee pot.. No coffee pot in the room. Didn't like anything. Actually did not stay. Handed keys back and found other lodging options.

Room heat was broken. Thermostat set at 70. Room was at 59 degrees. Owner said it should heat up eventually and that there is something wrong with the boiler that he cannot fix. We cranked thermostat to max and still no change. Next room had blood smeared across outside door. Rooms are very small and place is a lot sketchier than it looks in the pictures. Nearest grocery store sells nothing but humongous bottles of booze. Kinda sketchy.

We arrived at the property around 3:30 pm for check in. There was nobody there to check us in. called the number posted in the official, spoke with property manager Kristian, who told us to wait 15 minutes in our vehicle and he would be there to check us in. (after driving 4 hours with 2 snowmobiles on a trailer) sat in our vehicle on the street as the parking lot was full of snow and vehicles. See the manager Kristian come out of a bar walking to property. He tells us he doesn’t have a clean room for us because others paid an extra $200 to extend their stay and that he would have to get ahold of the housekeeper as she was gone too.
Voiced my disappointment in the situation and he told us we could leave. He told us he would cancel our reservation to only find out now that he did not cancel the reservation and the money for a three day stay was taken out of our account! I contacted Kristian when I saw it had not been canceled and he told me there was nothing he could do. contacted booking.com who contacted him and he told them we were a NO SHOW! I would not recommend this property to anyone! We stayed there 1 time prior after Kristian started managing this property and that time we had no towels because he said the motel had been full and he didn’t have time to do the laundry! Thought we would give it a second chance and even worse the second time around had to find other accommodations last minute! Thankfully we were able to find accommodations.
Kristian is not a honest man and has all kinds of riff raff hanging around the property!
