The room was filthy when we got there. The sheets had big red and brown dried stains. The mattress on the let out couch should have been thrown out long ago. There was a thick layer of dust on dresser and tv. There were burns on the couch. Getting towels was a challenge.

This hotel was so dirty and smelled of smoke. The bath mat and towels were stained with and orange/red color. The couch and carpets had white stuff on them. It was filthy. Walking through the property was also unpleasant. Filth and dirt everywhere. We were very disappointed. You need to listen to this review- it was so bad.

No towels in the room. Told by cleaners we had to get them from the front desk. Room was not clean. Sticky everywhere, unusual substance on the side of the bathtub, behind the nightstand was filthy. Breakfast tables were all dirty and floor was dirty. Many other guests complaining about their rooms and uncleanliness. One said the health department should shut the place down. One employee was trying his best in running the front desk and filling the breakfast buffet. His name was Krishna and I told him I felt sorry for him! He really was trying his best! Apparently Friday and Saturday a number of employees had called in. People in the elevator were complaining about how unclean their rooms were too! Hopefully something changes! Would not stay here again!

It was dirty, they didn’t have any clean sheets, towels, or washcloths. We tried to have them replace our dirty/stained laundry, they did not. They also had breakfast from the previous day on multiple tables. Elevators were broken. The furniture was filthy. Worse experience ever.
