The property was spotless, very quiet (which matter the MOST to me). The check in staffer (and check out) were courteous. The location was good for me - within 3 1/2 miles of my event. I've booked this hotel for next week.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a bit of a wash. The coffee and juice machines were both broken. So no fresh coffee. Assuming they fix the machines, this isn't a big deal. The sign invited guests to go to the round about to Caribou - which would mean a $5.00 coffee instead of free coffee. (There were extras of the room 1-cup packs). All in all? It's OK. These things do happen.

I went to work each day and my room was 100% clean and re-supplied each day. This should be an expectation but not what I’ve experienced with other hotels in the last 5 years.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The ice machine on my floor was out of order and the juice machine was also out of order with no alternative provided. They could do better!
