Was woke up several different times in the middle of the night by either staff or someone connected with the hotel in the next room talking outside my door about money issues of the hotel. They were very loud. Duct Tape on room heater is coming off exposing the inner rusted parts; however, it worked fine. The outside pane of a dual pane window is cracked from top to bottom (for safety this should at least be taped) and one loop of the shower curtain is torn.

I requested a newer room when I purchased it online. I arrived to the hotel and while checking in the ladie at the front desk received a phone call from a customer asking about weekly rates and he wanted to do stay for 1 week so she gets upset and decides to hang up on him very rudely and says "I don't have time for this"...... So I finally get my room and I had my video game so I could watch Netflix and chill. I noticed the Hdmi port was forced into the tv and it was wrecked which could have came from a previous customer. It's only been about 5 minutes into the room because I didn't pack much just 1 bag, I went back to the front desk and told the young lady that the TV hdmi port was broke so I asked for another room. This woman tells me the owner decided to take out every Hdmi port in the hotel..... I said what? Why would they do that? She said she doesn't know. I stayed until 5 a.m in the morning but before leaving I spoke with the first shift staff and the guy told me that it wasn't true and he's going to talk to her....I really don't care because I will not be going back until they change the staff and update their rooms. That was a very unprofessional moment
