I have Been trying to get my refund for an incorrect booking. I double booked and they refuse to offer me a refund when the guy working the desk told me I could get one. After calling several times and being told the manager is “not there” I just simply gave up. I will never come back here again.

The remote was broken so I couldn't change the channels Wi-Fi didn't come in the room the bed was broken and I have a bad back so woke up with back pain holes in the wall smoke detector ripped out of the wall scratches all over the TV tried calling up front and they told me they would just mark it down instead of accommodating me to another room I paid for a king size bed and have accommodations cuz it was me my husband and service dog and was put on the furthest room away from the stairs to take my dog out was very disappointed
