Negatives:
Was provided only 3 bath towels for four guests. Was not notified I would have to request housekeeping for a two-night stay. Requested new towels evening of second day and it took nearly one hour (two phone calls plus two trips to front desk).

The room, lobby were nice. That was the only positive. The pool was dirty & had lights hanging out of it. Wi-Fi dysfunctional so couldnt work. Asked for a blanket, got fitted sheet. Room temp stuck at 80 deg & were told nothing could be done.

Because of the Harley rally the room rate at least doubled from what is normal. I could have a condo on the white beach in Florida for the same fee as Racine Wisconsin.

System was down, didnt have keys, part of an outlet didnt work and looked to have burn marks, didnt know they were going to take an extra $50, said wed get it returned tho, the view out the window was a roof that could see into other rooms
