The AC/heat is provided by an in-wall unit. It can be noisy. In Winter, I recommend you heat the room and turn off the heat before going to sleep. The room will remain warm even in 5F weather.

The only closet in the room was not usable as the door was jammed. The only comfortable chair in the room was broken. I attempted to sit down & the edge of the chair collapsed & I fell to the floor. The bed sheets were thin and the pillows were aweful!

They were remodeling the hotel.

I was awaken at 3 am with bugs crawling on the television remote control and my pillow. I showered and got out of there. Went to the front desk and she didnt even look surprised. She provided me with contacts for a discount. I wanted to rest not money.

no elevator to get upstairs. my husband cannot walk very far.
