We arrived to the hotel and when I attempted to pay in cash, they stated we would have to pay an additional $50 security deposit. We only had enough money to book the room based on the quote booking.com provided, so we were turned away. We didn’t even get past the front desk. My husband and I were so excited to spend some rare time together alone and didn’t get to experience it as their policies were not included in booking.coms rate. Such a shame!
