After Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The computer room is a wonderful idea, very helpful. Continental breakfast was, not bad. Love the big screen TV

Negatives: Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Carpet is dingy, needs replacing
