The availability of a restaurant on site.
Negatives:
The wifi was terrible; it cut in and out during our entire stay. I had thought breakfast was included with the stay but got a bill for my food. There was a self-service buffet and waiters at the table. Perhaps some offerings were free and some were not but it was very confusing. The air in this part of town stank.

The hotel was hard to find. It is nice-looking and has its own restaurant.
