Positives: The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

Negatives: I booked the room for a week. I left after 2 nights because the stairwell was blocked off and the pool/hot tub was closed due to construction. The curtain closed with a coat hanger, no outside view. Bathroom floor was sticky.
