Positives:
Liked the mini kitchen area, sink, utensils, etc. Fair sized room. Location was good for easy access to what we needed to get done. Area of location is a new development on the east side of Casper WY.

There was NO breakfast available during our stay.
The TV/remotes were a little difficult to navigate. Was able to figure them out after about 30 min of pushing buttons.

The bed was comfortable and coffee in the room and the pool!

It was not what we expected at all it said when we booked it they had breakfast and a hot tub and there was no breakfast and the hot tub was not even in working order never once was mentioned to us ! Me and my husband have arthritis and that was the reason we got a hotel with a hot tub! And having breakfast included helps on money situation because we had a doc appointment in Casper wyo and are on a fixed income so this made the situation worse! We woke up to dirty towels in the kitchen area and the coffee cups were dirty ! We video the room because we woke up to tiny bugs on the floor in the kitchen area so we didn't even shower! We addressed this to the front desk only to be told there would be a manager calling us on a refund never even got a phone call!!My family will not ever be staying at the the main stay suite in Casper wyo ever again!

What breakfast? Nothing but warm water and coffee.
Negatives:
Almost everyone has some breakfast! You had none! I had a very well mannered cat and it was an extra 50 dollars. If I had not booked on the internet and was going to be charged for the room I would have left. There was no telephone number in the website to call even though I was booking directly with the hotel not a third party.
