I liked that the staff helped when we had a leak above our floor and our room got flooded they were very understanding and gave another room.

the loud dog barking, we were on the dog floor and didn’t have any pets, we were supposed to be getting refunded for half price due to our flooded room . it was very hard to sleep with the kids being woken up by loud dog barks and noises

This a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. It is clean, well kept & the staff is wonderful! They have a complimentary shuttle service that saved us! If I ever come to Cheyenne again, this is where we’ll stay.
